Annapurna Base Camp Trek probably the best legendary and classical treks in the world offers breathe stopping Mountain View, give opportunity to experience the typical Nepali village, local people and their way of living traditional life in Himalaya of Nepal. The Annapurna Base Camp route goes passing through spectacular and tranquil landscapes, charming Gurung and Magar villages, lush green Rhododendron, bamboo and alpine forests to the trip’s last and final destination, Annapurna Base Camp at the height of 4130m (13546ft.)

Day 1 : Arrival in Kathmandu. (1350m)

Day 2 : Kathmandu guided city tour and preparation day. (1350m)

Day 3 : Kathmandu to Pokhara, final preparation in Pokhara (850m)

Day 4 : Drive to Nayapul, then trek to Ghandruk (1940m): 1 and half hour drive, 5 – 6 hours trek

Day 5 : Ghandruk to Chhomrong (2170m): 5 – 6 hours

Day 6 : Chhomrong to Bamboo (2310m): 5 – 6 hours

Day 7 : Bamboo to Deurali (3230m): 3 – 4 hours

Day 8 : Deurali to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m): 2- 3 hours

Day 9 : Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m) to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m) and back to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m)

Day 10 : Machhapuchhre Base Camp to Sinuwa (2340m) 6 – 7 hours

Day 11 : Sinuwa to Jhinu Danda natural hot spring. (1760m): 4 – 5 hours

Day 12 : Jhinu Danda to Nayapul, then drive to Pokhara(1990m) 6 – 7 hours.

Day 13 : Pokhara guided sight seeing and rest. (Optional activities- Paragliding, zip flying and boating)

Day 14 : Pokhara to Seti River Rafting for couple of hours and back to Pokhara. (850m)

Day 15 : Pokhara to Kathmandu. (1350m) Day 16 : Fly back home.

  • Airport pickup and drop by private vehicle and all other domestic transports.
  • Accommodation in Kathmandu at a 5 star hotel and Pokhara at a 3-star Hotel with twin sharing BB rooms.
  • Kathmandu – Pokhara return flights fare.
  • All trekking permits and necessary paper works.
  • Accommodation in tea house/ lodges run by local people during trekking.
  • Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during trekking including tea/coffee.
  • Experienced license holder trek guides and porters to carry your baggage.
  • Accommodation, food, drinks, salary, insurance, transportation of the trek guides and porters.
  • Guided sight seeing in UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
  • Entry fees at the attraction places during sightseeing tour.
  • Rafting with return transport by tourist bus and lunch on the day.
  • All additional government and local taxes.
  • First aid and medical kit.
  • Farewell dinner in a Nepalese restaurant on your last evening in Nepal.
  • Nepal entry visa fee
  • Tip to guides, porters and drivers. (Minimum 10% of the whole trip cost.) according to our company rule.
  • Lunch and dinner whilst in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
  • Bar bills, telephone bills and other personal expenses (shopping/ laundry)
  • All expenses due to unavoidable events e.g. flight cancellation, personal illness, strike, etc
  • Personal trekking gears, sleeping bags, down jackets, etc.
  • Travel and emergency evacuation insurance of clients. Clients must have insured emergency evacuation.
  • Optional activities cost in Pokhara: Paragliding, Zip flying, Boating, etc.
  • 75% of total amount at the time of package confirmation
  • 25% of total amount after visa granted or 15 days before travel date from kathmandu

  • In case of airfare - Refund will be subject to airlines cancellation fees & NEAsia holidays service charge

Cancellation fee for land package

  • Before 45 days - No cancellation
  • 44 days - 33 days: 25% of total cost
  • 30 days - 16 days: 50% of total cost
  • 15 days - 10 days: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 10 days: 100% of total cost (Non Refundable)
